Join us in Bondi for a special community event designed to bring mums together for connection, conversation and expert support around one of motherhood's most common challenges — sleep.
Whether you're navigating newborn sleep, toddler sleep, frequent wake-ups, bedtime battles, or simply looking to connect with other mums who understand the journey, we'd love to welcome you.

• Practical sleep guidance with Sophia Sleep School, including simple tools and techniques to support your little one
• A relaxed Q&A. Bring your sleep questions and chat directly with an expert
• Real conversations about motherhood and navigating the early years
• Meet and connect with local Eastern Suburbs mums
• Optional Play Date Kids care available during and after the event
